Looking to reduce stress? Looking for THE BEST massage? Book your appointment at the desk and enjoy a 20, 60 or 90 minute massage. Want to bring a friend? Couples massage is available too! You will not be sorry you booked! Hot Towels are an added bonus! Our therapists have years of experience and are fabulous healers. You will be a “repeat offender”. You can also book this service with a salt cave session and save! Add-ons include hot salt stones and aromatherapy added to your massage oil. There is a deposit required to hold your appointment & a 24hr Cancellation notice.

We have added Acupuncture to our facility! Dr. Perretta is available by appointment. Since she is independent of our facility, she may be booked for acupuncture/massage at 516-499-1871. You can text or call for your appointment.

While we would love for Suzan to return to our facility, we wish her the best on her healing journey and keep a spot open for her if she is able to return in the future. At present we are conducting interviews for additional licensed massage therapists to accommodate your needs. IN the meantime, you can choose to utilize one of our other services we offer. Your business is our pleasure and we value it. We ask that you respect our business scheduling policies so that your experience is magical and unforgettable!

Your appointment is reserved specifically for you so that the therapist has the appropriate time to give you an amazing experience. We understand that sometimes life happens. Therefore, we respectfully require at least 24 hours’ notice for changes or cancellations of services. Late cancellations and “no-show” appointments cost us precious time and money and your visit could have been given to someone that we turned away.

Should we receive less than 24 hours’ notice of a cancellation, 50% of the treatment value will be charged.

“No-Shows” will be charged 100% of the treatment value.

We completely understand things can happen last minute and we truly are sympathetic to circumstances.

If you have been diagnosed with Covid, we ask you to submit a dated & current note from the doctor (AT HOME TESTS ARE NOT APPROVED).

We are happy to rebook your appointment for you.As a courtesy, make sure to call us when you will not be able to make your booked appointment.

We will no longer be accepting expired gift certificates. Please check the date on your certificate.

LATE POLICY

We realize that occasionally conditions emerge, and life and traffic are eccentric. Having a relaxing experience is of the utmost importance to you and us!

We REQUIRE that you arrive for your appointment 10 to 15 minutes before your start time to guarantee you have your full apportioned time. In the event that you are late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee any added extra time. Our next client’s appointment time could be following right after. Understand that we are committed to offering you the highest possible level of service during your appointments with us.

Please be aware your appointment incorporates dressing and consultation during the meeting time.
